A&E’S HIT REAL-LIFE ORIGINAL SERIES “DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER” RETURNS FOR A BRAND NEW SEASON
SEASON 6 PREMIERE MARKS THE 150TH EPISODE OF ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL FRANSCHISES ON TELEVISION
PREMIERES WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2 AT 9PM ET/PT
New York, NY November 24, 2009 “Dog the Bounty Hunter”, A&E’s hit Real-Life series, is returning with a brand new season beginning Wednesday, December 2 at 9PM ET/PT with a special one-hour premiere – marking the 150th episode of one of the most successful franchises on television. Viewers are in for a wild ride as the world’s most famous bounty hunter, Duane “Dog” Chapman, comes back with more action-packed adrenaline fueled hunts from Hawaii to Colorado, tracking down fugitives along side his wife Beth and fearless family-based posse.
In the season premiere, Dog’s target seems to have a taste for drugs and a record of reckless driving. However, this hunt has deeper emotional resonance for the team than usual. It’s the anniversary of Dog’s daughter Barbara Katie’s fatal car accident. As the hunt goes deep into the night, the team is hit hard with Barbara Katie’s memory as a speeding SUV driven by the fugitive roars by and Dog worries the same fate may await the man behind the wheel or even worse – an innocent bystander.
In its fifth season, “Dog the Bounty Hunter” averaged two million viewers per premiere episode.
“Dog the Bounty Hunter” is produced by Hybrid Films for A&E Network. Rick Smigelski is the Supervising Producer. David Houts and Daniel Elias serve as the executive producers for Hybrid Films. Robert Sharenow and Colleen Conway serve as the A&E executive producers.

This is part of an article from http://www.sacbee.com/shallit/story/2306952.html. Read the rest there. It is interesting he represents Brooke Hogan. We wonder what exactly he represents her in. She cannot act, or sing very well and looks very much like her dad with fake breasts
Rough crowd
He’s already got Hulk and Dog. Next up? Maybe the Repo gang.
We’re talking about Scott Hervey, a Sacramento entertainment attorney who’s carving out a niche representing some of the biggest – and burliest – names in reality TV.
The partner at Weintraub Genshlea Chediak has long represented former wrestler Hulk Hogan, who’s now promoting the upstart TNA Wrestling organization, whose matches are shown on Spike TV.
That connection led recently to an introduction to Duane “Dog” Chapman, star of A&E’s “Dog the Bounty Hunter.”
Hervey flew to Hawaii last month, met with “Dog” and his wife, Beth, and came home with a contract.
“They’re good people,” he says of the Chapmans.
Now Hervey’s angling for a chance to represent the stars of “Operation Repo,” a truTV show that follows a fictional crew of beefy guys and gals re-enacting auto repossessions.
For the record: Hervey doesn’t represent just the muscle-bound.
His client roster also includes Hulk’s pleasantly proportioned daughter, singer and actress Brooke Hogan.
A new feature this week. We will have fans who wish to have their say made public about their favorite show. Our first editorial will be printed this week. The focus is the weakening of the show as the cast or crew seems to shrink. What is chasing them away ? Why is Tim not back ? Is it money or ego , the network or both ?
